A strong relationship and continuity of service are the hallmarks of the DPC model. We understand that everyones' circumstances are unique, if you drop out and then re-enroll this fee may apply.

Fees associated with 3rd party labs such as blood work or pathology have pre-negotiated cash prices so that you know the cost before the service has been ordered.
